While they make sure to keep the OG heads happy with retro releases, you can’t blame Jordan Brand for wanting to tweak the sneakers from the legacy series with updated technology. Think of it as a “What If?” moment where past meets present, mixing up design elements across decades. The latest of these hybrids is the Air Jordan 8.0, a revamped version of Jordan’s eighth signature sneaker. With the original VIII’s being one of the bulkiest of Jordan’s, the 8.0′s utilize a no-sew upper along with Flywire technology to cut down on the weight quite a bit. Check out the full pics of the Air Jordan 8.0 after the jump, which are available now at Germany’s Afew.
