Having already shown you teaser images of the Crooked Tongues x New Balance 1500s in deconstructed form, we’re now able to reveal the actual shoes, courtesy of Crooked Tongues. Made in England and Flimby-produced, the shoes come in two colorways, both inspired by Crooked Tongues’ first New Balance collaboration back in 2004, a quartet of 576 models that included a black/orange and white/lime colorway. (So, no, Bay Area residents, these kicks aren’t inspired by the uniform colors of your Giants and A’s teams.) Composed of a combination of mesh, leather and nubuck, the premium quality of the materials are evident in the following images, while the continuing popularity of the model is a testament to the timeless appeal of the 1500′s design. Both models will be available starting October 15th on crookedtongues.com, and through select retailers the following week. Click through for more looks.
