Gourmet is probably the most interesting new footwear company to emerge in the past few years, making an impression by fusing abstract textiles and athletic features into traditional shoe silhouettes. For their latest offering, Gourmet starts with an Air Magma-inspired boot and puts in in a mix of suede and leather, plus adds its own unique lace locks – check out the roller ball feature in the detail shot after the jump. We don’t need to tell you that the Euro Hiker is huge this year, and this offering from Gourmet is a chance to recognize that style while keeping it a bit more avant garde. Available in black with a white sole, and tan with a black sole – both classically inspired. Finished with a mesh panel on one side, and the Gourmet logo branded into the tongue.
