NBA 2K12 – Multiple Covers With Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson & Larry Bird

Last year, 2K Sports‘ NBA 2K11 not only sold over 5 million units worldwide.  It also won numerous awards and honors, including multiple declarations as sports game of the year. Michael Jordan, gracing the cover of what became the fastest selling title in the history of 2K Sports, was shrewdly locked down for a multi-year deal, but in readying the release of NBA 2K12, the guys in product development knew they’d have to have to do something special to match expectations. Enter Magic Johnson and Larry Bird, the ’80s greats who will share cover duties with Michael on three distinct covers of the game.
