Nike Air Current

Nike is set to bring back the original marathoner, the Air Current, later this summer in a pair of colorways. Originally launched in the 80′s, the new Air Current is clearly influenced by a set of newer Nike kicks, including the Air Flow,  the Air Pegasus, and the Air Presto to become a new unique-looking sneaker. The 2012 Air Current features an updated midsole and a resurfacing of the upper, but keeps the same three-eyelet and breathable design of the original. While there aren’t any specifics on the release coming from Nike, you can be sure more updates are on the way before these kicks hit the shelves in the coming months.
