Nike Lunar Rod – Winter 2012 | Preview

The integration of Nike Skateboarding category into the rest of the company’s product portfolio seems to be on the fast track this winter with the release of Nike Lunar Rod. Designed as the crossover beyond the skateboarding category, the Nike Lunar Rod takes on characteristics from Nike Snowboarding, especially on its outsole treads design. Yet, it is still very much a skate shoe judging from the P-Rod 6 silhouette. Quipped with the lightweight Lunarlon sole, the Nike Lunar Rod might be that perfect go-between footwear from the ski slope to the lounge.
