There’s certainly been plenty of confusion about Nike Skateboarding‘s future. Though without doubt one of most recognizable division within Nike, changes in consumer trend along with lower sales projects in recent years forced Nike executives to act. Thus, a consolidation between the once storied Nike SB designation and the more profitable Nike 6.0. But what will become of the signature models for team riders Eric Koston, Paul Rodriguez, Stefan Janoski, and others? The answer is here on this new Nike P-Rod 6. In vibrant Melon/Volt/Red colorways, the design dropped the Nike SB calling card. Rather, its simply known as Nike P-Rod 6. Yet, it is still every bit of a skate shoe as previous models, with perforated upper, Lunarlon-esque sole, huarache-like heel counter, and a Nike Free inspired outsole. Said to be available later this year along with other updated signature models. via: N-SB
