British luxury automaker Aston Martin has debuted the Dragon 88 range of automobiles at the Beijing Motor Show. Made up of the DBS Volante, Virage Coupe and V8 Vantage S, the special edition “Year of the Dragon” models feature bespoke details that pay tribute to the dragon, a creature that represents power and fortune in Chinese folklore. They take the form of 24-carat gold wing badges, embroidered headrests, commemorative sill plates and a choice of three exclusive color options selected “to chime with traditional Chinese art and imagery.” Just 88 examples were produced for each model, all bearing the design imprint of the Q by Aston Martin division and available only in China. via: Autoblog
