Puma Puma Cat II MA-1

Puma Cat is a well known basketball sneaker conceived in the 80′s and the revised Puma Cat II model soon followed. Making its way into the Spring 2011 collection is the latest reincarnation of the Puma Cat II MA-1 in a military inspired finish. It could be argued that the MA-1 is amongst the top military spec jackets that transitioned into the fashion arena. As part of the flight/bomber jacket family it is made from durable nylon material on the exterior and brightly colored interior lining. To mimic this style, Puma have put together khaki and black versions with each highlighted by safety orange accents. Tough aesthetic is created by uppers consisting of smooth leather, kevlar mesh and nylon materials. Top three lace holes are punched with D rings to reiterate the military theme.
