Oakley Frogskins – Black Light Collection | Preview

Since the Oakley Frogskins re-emerged onto the sunglasses scene via their first of what would become two collaborations with Supreme, they’ve taken quite an interesting journey. Year 1 of the return saw a re-releasing of original colors made with the utilization of the original mold that created the very first Frogskins; as time passed, then came high profile collaborations with boutiques, brands and people such as colette, Beams, Original Fake, Lance Armstrong, Commonwealth, Jeff Staple and others, which further peaked interest for the classically styled sunglasses. But, recently, themes have played a huge role with the Fade Series of last year, the Acid Rains of this Spring/Summer, and now with the Black Light collection as previewed right here. This colorful series of matte finished sunglasses take on a dual nature with the aid of a UV blacklight, which make the shades light up with a genuine glow.
