UNDERCOVER x fragment design x Nike Match Classic – Summer 2011

When it comes to archives, Nike does have a lot of hidden gems stashed away in its storage and Nike Match Classic is one such model that was given a second life to shine. Initially designed in the early 70′s as tennis shoes, the new reincarnation is both contemporary and retro. The latest version is reworked by UNDERCOVER and fragment design and it features both of their iconic logos on the white foxing of the midsoles. Placed above the subtle logos is the signature jaggered stripes from Jun Takahashi. There will be the Ocean Fog and Soft Grey colorway to chose from and each is paired up with white shoe laces and inner lining. via: CT
